Haven't lost these yet! I bought these 6 months ago and love the screw on back. I haven't taken them out and they've stayed on. Due to the other reviews, I have a tendency to check the back post of the earrings to see if the screw has unwinded and they have stayed in place. I bought these because I ALWAYS loose my earrings and I didn't want to loose the diamond. The diamonds are beautiful, but I'm no expert in clarity/color.
Very sparkling & size was actually larger Beautiful lab grown diamonds very colorful and came with authentication. The only complaint I have is this girl on back there is so difficult to get on and off. Wish I could change it.
Beautiful diamonds but one of the screw backs is too loose. I have emailed requesting a replacement but have not received a reply.

Make the backing of the earrings more durable! It was hard for me to unscrew the earrings and it looked like it was bent! The diamond is beautiful but I’m just not happy with the backing of the earrings!!!

screw back may not be for everyone the product is exactly as advertised. If the screw back does not work for you it is easily adapted to the clasp back and the threads provide a gripping surface for the clasp.
